The Berkley math curriculum follows the State of Michigan GLCE (Grade Level Content Expectations) and HSCE (High School Content Expectations). During the 2011-12 and 2012-13 school year, curriculum will be reviewed to align with the Common Core Curriculum, adopted by the State of Michigan.   Our primary resource for the K-5 students is the Everyday Math Program.  Individual textbooks have been adopted for the middle and high school courses within the past few years.  Students in each of our schools are allowed to advance to courses which best meet their learning needs, not placed solely by their grade level based on teacher, parent and administrator input.
