Kindergarten Registration

Berkley School District offers Young 5s and all day free kindergarten as well as a half day option held at Angell Elementary School.  Resident registration takes place at the neighborhood school (see below).  Required documentation for enrollment:

*Original birth certificate (with raised seal)
*Four proofs of residency (driver's license, utility bills, mortgage/lease, insurance documents, etc.)
*Immunization history
*Vision test
*Additional forms will need to be completed in the enrollment packet (student information cards, technology use agreement, etc.)

NON-RESIDENT ENROLLMENT: The Berkley School District Board of Education has approved limited Schools of Choice (Section 105) openings in Kindergarten through 5th grade for Oakland County residents for the 2012-2013 school year. The application period is February 27 - March 16, 2012. Completed applications must be returned to the Superintendent's office, 14700 W. Lincoln, Oak Park, Michigan, 48237, or faxed to 248.837.8065. No applications will be accepted after the deadline of 5:00 p.m., March 16, 2012.  The application period is now closed.
