SPORTS PHYSICALS for the 2012-13 Academic Year

  • EVERY ATHLETE must have a sports  physical dated on or after April 15, 2012 in order to register for the 2012-13 sports seasons
  • SPORTS PHYSICALS can be performed at the Be Well Medical Center, 1964 W 11 Mile Rd, Berkley, MI  48072 ($20 cash).  Their phone number is 248.544.9300
  • MHSAA PHYSICAL FORMS & ATHLETIC RESOURCE FEE FORMS can be downloaded from the link below or they can be picked up in the main offices of the High School and Middle Schools or in the Athletic Office.   
HIGH SCHOOL FALL SPORTS REGISTRATION
(Please see the Anderson or Norup website for middle school athletic information)
  • FALL SPORTS ASSEMBLY - WILL BE HELD ON (TBA) IN THE EAST GYM IMMEDIATELY AFTER SCHOOL
  •   FALL SPORTS REGISTRATION - will be held on (TBA) IN THE EAST GYM from 3:15 - 4:30 pm.  Athletes MUST bring their:
    • completed physical and consent form,
    • the Athletic Resource Fee (check or money order ONLY please) and
    • the Athletic Resource Fee form in order to receive their eligibility card. 
    • If a student does not make a team, the fee will be held in the athletic office for pick
  • FALL SPORT TEAMS PICTURE DAY

The mission of the Berkley Athletic Boosters is to assist the student-athletes of Berkley High School by making sure they have all the things they need in order to be successful on the athletic field of play.
