Help with Classroom Applications
To receive help logging into applications and software you child's teacher is using, please contact your child's teacher.
To troubleshoot software and applications, try viewing the help menus built into the software.

- Elementary: In MISTAR Parent Portal and App view the Network Login tab to see your child's email address and password.
- Secondary: Email you child's building Media Specialist to reset the Google password.

If you are in need of a device or internet services, please contact your building principal and someone from the Technology Department will reach out to schedule a delivery time and location.

How do I help my child login to his/her Google account?
To find the email/password for elementary students, log into the MISTAR Parent Portal. For each child, there is a new section called Network Login. Here you’ll find your child’s email address and account password.
For secondary students, the students should know their email and password. But if they can’t remember, you can find your child’s email address in the Demographics section of MISTAR Parent Portal. Please email your school’s Media Specialists for a password reset. -
