General Technology Support

If you have general technology issues related to your child's online learning, you may contact Oakland Schools Service Desk at 248.209.2060 or email the OS Help Desk.  For issues specific to Schoology, a help request form will be posted online.

Help with Hotspots

Berkley Schools uses Kajeet hotspots for families who are in need of one. If you have a Kajeet at home and are in need of technical support, you can call Kajeet directly, Monday-Friday, at 240-482-4635.
