Job Details
Custodial / Maintenance
- Maintenance & Full-time Custodians: Compensation per the current AFSCME agreement
- Substitute Custodians: $15/hour
- Full-time positions: 40 hours/week, varying shifts
- Primary Job Duties: Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation, making repairs, supporting the classroom environment
Kids' Zone (Latchkey) Assistants
- $15.15/hour
- Positions available at most Berkley Schools buildings
- Part-time positions: 7-8 AM and/or 3-6 PM
- Primary Job Duties: Responsible for assisting lead teacher in the general supervision and health and safety of students. Help to implement program activities
- Employed through Edustaff
Permanent Building Substitute Teachers
- $150/day
- Positions available at most Berkley Schools buildings
- Full-time positions - 7.5 hours/day
- Primary Job Duties: Report daily to assigned school and take on all classroom duties in case of a daily or extended teacher absence.

Lunch Aides
- $15/hour
- 11 AM - 1 PM
