Burton and BHS Pen Pals Meet for First Time
On Monday, May 18, Burton third grade students met their Berkley High School pen pals for the first time. Christie McVean, teacher, shared with families, “Your kids were so excited to finally meet the high schooler they have written letters to throughout the school year. It was extra fun to see and catch up with many of our past Burton students.”
The two groups met during an afternoon recess and had a wonderful time.
