Michigan Law on Secure Storage - Annual Notification
According to MCL Section 380.1313b of Michigan Law, school districts are required to share information regarding the State of Michigan’s new informational notices on best practices for storage of firearms.
The State of Michigan created a Safe Storage Law webpage with information on the new legislation, resources in a variety of languages, resources for kids, and the parent guide to home firearm safety.
