BHS Zoology Class Visits Burton 

Scott Doty, Berkley High School Zoology teacher, and three BHS students currently enrolled in the class, spent time with Pam Henry’s second grade class at Burton Elementary this week. They brought the animals they care for and study to share with the students. Students had the opportunity to interact with animals such as a bearded dragon, Madagascar hissing cockroaches, rats and snakes. 

This unique experience is a silent auction prize at the Berkley Education Foundation’s annual fundraiser, Off to the Races, and was won by a parent of one of Ms. Henry’s students.
