Senior All Night Party - Letter from the SANP Chairs

Dear Parents of a Berkley High School Senior,

BHS Senior All-Night Party June 4, 2020

Congratulations! The final high school year of your child’s life has already begun. This special year will end on June 4, 2020 with the Berkley High School Commencement ceremony. Before they head off to begin the next stage of their lives, your new graduate is invited to attend the BHS Senior All-Night Party (SANP). Immediately following commencement and lasting until dawn, this event allows the Class of 2020 to celebrate their graduation together one final time. Enjoyed by graduating Berkley Bears since the 1980’s, the SANP is a night of entertainment, music, food, games, swimming, giveaways and prizes. It is a chance to socialize and remember their time at BHS.

The SANP is held in the Berkley HS gyms and is hosted by parent and community volunteers. Traditionally, an overwhelming majority of graduates attend the party. The goal each year is for 100% attendance. This wonderful tradition allows our grads to celebrate their special night in a safe and well-supervised environment. The party begins at 11 p.m. (all students must check in by midnight). Once checked in, students are not allowed to leave until the party ends at approximately 4:00 a.m.

There are many ways you can help make this event a success:

  1. Encourage your grad to a.end. Tickets are priced at $50 until June 1, 2020 at which time they increase to $60. A Pre-Registration/Ticket order form is below or can be downloaded from the Berkley High School website. Tickets can be purchased online on the website as well.

  2. Purchase a 2020 BHS Graduate Yard Sign. Signs are priced at $20. Purchase a ticket and a sign together by January 2, 2020 and receive a $5 discount. A Yard Sign order form is below or can be downloaded from the Berkley High School website.

  3. Donate. Cash, sponsorships, gib cards and raffle prizes are welcome. Cash donations can be included with your Ticket/Yard Sign order. For non-cash donations or if your business would like to donate, please contact us.

  4. Support our fundraisers. We have various fundraising events and efforts throughout the year. Please consider participating and supporting these events.

  5. Volunteer. We cannot successfully host this party without our wonderful volunteers. Last year alone, we had over 150 volunteers that helped with planning, organizing, implementing and chaperoning the party. Consider volunteering your time and input when future announcements are distributed about volunteer opportunities. These will be communicated via SignUp Genius.

For more information, visit us on Facebook at “Berkley High School Graduation All Night Party.” For Pre-Registration Ticket/Yard Sign purchases, use the form below or visit the BHS website, Class of 2020. If you have other questions, please contact us at Leslie Berlin or Jen Dudovitz.

Enjoy this year with your Senior! It will go by quickly.

Sincerely,
Leslie Berlin & Jen Dudovitz Co-Chairs
