Vision Screening Information
Good morning Pattengill Families,
Each year the Oakland County Health Department provides vision screening for 1st, 3rd, 5th grade students. Our scheduled screening will begin tomorrow and run through Friday 11/18. If you have a student in 2nd or 4th grade and have vision concerns, Oakland County Health is happy to screen them with your permission.
If you would like to have your 2nd or 4th grade student screened for vision concerns, please fill out the attached form from Oakland County and send it back to school with your child.
