AMS Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences Sign-Up Information
Dear AMS Families,
We will be holding fall virtual parent- teacher conferences on the following dates:
Wednesday, October 26, from 5:30-8:00 p.m.
and
Thursday, October 27, from 12:30-3:00 p.m. and 5:30-8:00 p.m.
Each conference is intended to be no more than 5 minutes to allow for each teacher to provide a quick update on student progress. It is important to note that some teachers will not be available for all time slots due to either being part-time at AMS or having a conflict with another school related event.
AMS uses a conference scheduling program through MyConferenceTime. To sign up for a virtual conference with each of your child's teachers, please click on the sign-up link below:

Once you enter the conference website, click on the names of your child’s teachers, one at a time, and select an available time slot that is convenient for you. By entering your email address during the scheduling process, MyConferenceTime will send you a reminder email prior to the conference with the necessary Zoom links. On the day of your scheduled conferences, when you click on each teacher's Zoom link, you will be placed in a waiting room. Once the teacher finishes the conference prior to yours, they will admit you to the virtual conference room for your child's conference. If you need assistance with the sign-up process, please watch this short video that walks you through the process. Please note that the deadline to sign-up for conferences is October 26 at 5:00 p.m. to allow adequate time for teachers to run progress reports to share during each conference. After that time, you will no longer be able to schedule a conference.
We hope that this opportunity will serve each family well in helping to gauge their child's progress. Please keep in mind that it is never necessary to wait until parent-teacher conferences to contact a teacher about your child's progress so feel free to reach out to your child's teachers at any time. As a reminder, you can always check grades on Schoology to review your child's progress.
