Procare Update

Good Morning Families,

I am reaching out today with exciting news!  We are ready to roll out procare to all of our tuition families!  The last two months, five classes have been piloting this program and we love having the extra connections with our families.

All classes will be using Procare starting on Monday, May 1, 2022.  To prepare for this transition, please be on a lookout for an email invitation from Procare to download the app.  We have found that signing in and out each day is easiest when families use the app to scan the daily QR code.

This program will replace paper signs in sheets, as well as paper daily sheets.  Additionally, we will move away from using Shutterfly, Classroom Facebook Pages and Remind.  With the procare app all of these different forms of communication will not be needed.  Classroom teachers will be able to send out notices to families right to their personal app.

We are very excited about the opportunities that Procare brings us to share more frequent updates with families, as well as deepen the communication and connections between teachers and families.
