Snow Day -- Berkley Schools Closed

When the Angell custodian arrived this morning, he discovered water in the hallways and office area. The Maintenance Team is working to investigate the source of the leak.

Staff should not report.

Kids’ Zone at Angell is also closed for the day.

Berkley School District will be closed Thursday, February 13, 2025 due to the impending snow storm.

This includes all schools, BBB and ATP.

After school activities on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, will run as planned.

Current school families: 

• Fill out your Intent to Return form by Friday, February 14. Find the form in the MISTAR Parent Portal.

New families: 

• District residents can enroll for TK and Kindergarten now through Friday, February 14 on our Enrollment webpage.
• The Schools of Choice application is open from February 10-28 for students grades TK-5 who live in Oakland County by not in the Berkley School District.

Berkley School District, including all Berkley Building Blocks programs, will be closed Tuesday, January 21 and Wednesday, January 22, 2025, due to the extreme cold. 

Kindergarten Information Nights at Pattengill and Angell will be rescheduled. 

Athletics: Students involved in middle school and high school athletics will receive a separate notice from coaches and/or the athletic department regarding the next two days.

Middle school drama program: Students involved in the middle school musical will receive a separate message from Mr Hopkins regarding rehearsal.

Rogers Elementary School is closed today, Wednesday, August 28, due to a power outage. Kids’ Zone Latchkey will also not run today at Rogers.
