Board of Education Honors School Nurse

At the March 8 regular Board Meeting, the Board of Education honored the Berkley School District School Nurse, Rose Guglielmetti.

Nurse Rose was honored for her service to the District. Rose has implemented many wellness initiatives in the Berkley Schools including Wellness Wednesdays, the Nurse’s Corner in the staffHUB eNewsletter, handwashing lessons with elementary students, attending 5th grade camp, cardiac team training for all schools, and is the District’s COVID-19 contact for families. In addition, Rose visits schools often, offering training to secretaries, support to parents, and gives health and nutrition lessons to students.
